TV actress Jayashree Venketaramanan has voiced her support for Telugu superstar Mahesh Babu over his comments about working in Bollywood.
She says, “Mahesh Babu has been one of my favourites. I know and understand the kind of infatuation people have for Mahesh Babu. In fact, most of us are also aware that people revere Rajnikanth sir I have personally seen people having Rajnikanth’s picture kept next to their home gods, now you say who would want to leave such a place, can money buy all this!So in that sense , honestly forget Mahesh Babu, Bollywood, actually even Hollywood can’t afford Rajnikanth.”
Recently in an interview, Mahesh Babu replied that Bollywood cannot afford it, sparked controversy. Jayashree feels like a humble human being.
She adds, “Well, if you ask me, I would like to say that I have also seen Mahesh Babu’s interviews in the past and never felt that he was arrogant in any way. Even in the last interview he started off saying “it may sound arrogant but I don’t think Bollywood can afford me” I think what he meant was that the kind of fame and d he love he gets there is incomparable and something that cannot be measured by money, and over the years if you are revered in such a way, who would want to go somewhere else and start over. a humble human being.
Jayashree rose to fame after trying out the protagonist in a popular TV show, “Na Bole Tum Na Maine Kuch Kaha” and also acted in shows like “Beend Banoongaa Ghodi Chadhunga” and “Zindagi Khatti Meethi”.
